Biography
Dee Kundra is an experienced marketing and communications specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the sports industry.
Dee started her career as a PR Manager at The Prince’s Trust where she managed high-profile partnerships with organizations such as the Premier League, Professional
Footballers’ Association, as well as managing relationships with celebrities and sports personalities such as Benedict Cumberbatch, Idris Elba, Alesha Dixon, and Rio
Ferdinand. Dee, then joined Lexis Agency where she dressed up in her first senior role working on Barclays’ global sponsorship of the Premier League.
After almost a decade into her career, Dee started to work at Liverpool FC as a PR Manager. She undertook various roles such as leading the PR drive for the Club’s international strategy, maximizing value for the Club’s partners through PR, generating coverage, utilizing social media coverage and player appearances. During her time at Liverpool FC, Dee also led both the Liverpool Ladies and Liverpool FC Academy’s PR strategies. After close to 3 successful years at Liverpool FC, Dee joined New York Cosmos in 2015 as the Director of Marketing and Communications where she led establishing and delivering marketing plan and brand promotion strategies as well as driving club campaigns across all departments, including communications, sales, marketing, sponsorship, and merchandising. In 2017 Dee joined FC Bayern München as the Head of Marketing & Communications to lead the club’s audience development and brand positioning strategy within North, Central and South America. During that time, the club has successfully increased their Americas fan base and further established its brand in the region.
Dee Kundra is now the Managing Director in Americas, where she leads and oversees the advancement of FC Bayern München’s strategic objectives in the Americas and works directly with the headquarters in Munich to drive organizational success.
