The internship search process is always personalized as much as possible and looks at each Candidate's background, academic and professional experience, skills, interests, and aspirations. We then use our network of Partners and industry relationships to identify suitable opportunities. So when the time comes, Candidates have the opportunity to express their interests and our team will provide them with the necessary guidance and explore the best options, matching each Candidate with a suitable internship provider.

ABOUT INTERNSHIPS
Although exceptions exist (due to country regulations or company policies), most internships in the football industry are still not paid and they will rarely offer other benefits such as accommodation. The advantage of having the first 2 modules in our program 100% online is that it gives our Candidates the chance to continue having an income and save up. We strongly suggest all Candidates to prepare accordingly financially speaking – i.e. be able to cover a 3-month period with all expenses – so that they are able to enjoy the best internship opportunities regardless of the destination or budget. Internships may also take place remotely, hybrid, or in the country where the Candidate lives.
