Biography

Jean-Philippe Rochat is a senior Partner at the law firm Kellerhals Carrard in Lausanne.  Jean-Philippe has specialized in business law with a focus on sport law and arbitrage.

Secretary of the Court of arbitration for Sport (CAS) from 1994 to 1999,  arbitrator at the ICC, the Court of arbitration for Sport. Chairman of the board of MCH Beaulieu, Lausanne, Jean-Philippe is also a board member of Vaudoise Assurance Holding SA Lausanne, PKB Privatkreditbank SA Lugano, Vetropack Holding AG Bulach, MCH Group SA Bâle, Investissements Foncier SA – La Foncière Lausanne.

Finally, Jean-Philippe is a member of the Swiss Bar Federation (FSA), the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA).
