Women in football scholarship

The Football Business Academy (FBA) is proud to collaborate with Women in Football to offer a scholarship as part of our #GetOnSide pledge to support Women in Football, reinforcing our commitment to enhancing diversity and inclusivity within the football industry. This scholarship aims to empower talented women who aspire to build successful careers in football, contributing to the progress of women and girls in the sport.

Women in Football is a network of professionals working in and around the football industry, dedicated to supporting and championing their peers. While significant progress has been made in women’s participation in football, Women in Football recognizes that there is still much more to do to achieve true gender equality. Being “onside” means actively contributing to this mission by creating permanent and positive change, both on and off the pitch.

I always knew I wanted to work in football but was unsure about the specific area. When I discovered The FBA, it felt like the perfect fit, aligning with my objectives. Without the WIF scholarship, it would have taken me years to achieve the financial stability needed to enrol in the Master’s program. Connecting with WIF & The FBA’s initiatives and learning about successful women in high positions also boosted my confidence in pursuing my goals in the industry.”
