Biography
Markus Bartosch is a Senior Executive in the field of sports media, the sale of broadcast rights, the central marketing of professional football competitions and the organization of football events.
Throughout his working life Markus fulfilled different roles at media companies and football bodies which give him a deep insight into most areas of the sports business and football world. He started with a sponsorship activation position at the Japanese tech company NEC, which was followed by a sports rights acquisition role at German public TV broadcaster ARD and a marketing role at the 2006 FIFA World Cup. He then headed the media rights department of the 2014 FIFA World Cup winner DFB and acts as an UEFA consultant with a focus on National Teams competitions.
