Biography

Dimitri is Managing Director of the European Stadium & Safety Management Association (ESSMA) where his main role is to maximize stadium revenues and streamline operational excellence for all ESSMA Stadium Members, by sharing knowledge & expertise and providing inspiration through workshops, tours and their flagship annual ESSMA Summit.

With passion and enthusiasm he runs this dynamic organization for 7 years, combined with the leadership position in the organizing committee of EURO 2020 in Brussels – hosting city for the UEFA EURO 2020 tournament that will be held in 13 cities across Europe. He’s in charge of overall management including strategy, finances and business development.
He’s passionate about creating added value in close cooperation with stakeholders resulting in a long lasting legacy for the industry.
